For years, our family dreamed of moving from Toledo, Ohio, to a warm, beautiful place. After exploring various parts of Florida, we found our perfect home in Tampa. We spent years searching for the ideal house to raise our children and, as seasoned restaurant professionals, debated whether to start a new venture or buy an existing business.

When we discovered Doormét Gourmet Café in South Tampa, we knew we had found the perfect fit. Since taking ownership in March 2019, we've proudly upheld the café's reputation for quality and consistency. Every dish is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, staying true to the original recipes that won us over. From our popular Brooklyn pizza to flavorful sandwiches and crisp salads, we're here to serve you great food every time.
